Sewing Blankets

I found some great flannel fabric for baby boys and girls at Wal-Mart in the clearance section and decided to make blankets with it. These were my first blankets I made. They are a little plain, but to the point, and they are very cozy for this fall/winter season!

Here are the four I made today, two large, two small.

  7. Hopping by to follow and say Hi!
I've made simple blankets like this- something I've done to kinda jazz them up is set my sewing machine to do a fancy stitch when I stitch the edges on top- My machine will do misc designs like flowers, leaves, and patterened designs. It's really easy because the machine does all of the work! and it just adds a cute touch!
    Keep up the good work!
